STUDENT ARRIVAL TIMES:
All students are to please arrive at the IPAC Theatre at 4:30PM, dressed in your first costume with hair and makeup done. A program will be posted closer to the concerts with costume arrivals on it.
Upon arrival, please drop students off at the side stage door where they will be signed in and taken backstage to prepare for the show. No parents are permitted backstage and all students will have a helper with them for entirety of the show to help them with any costume changes.
We will have our media wall set up in the main foyer area and would love for you to take and share all photos taken both before and after the concert!! Make sure you head inside before drop off time to take your photos.
TICKETS: $52.00 - on sale via an online link
Our 2026 end of year concert tickets will go on sale Thursday 12th November @10am. This will be via a link that will be both emailed and posted to our closed facebook group. All tickets will be $52 each. We would love for you to bring all your family and friends to watch your superstars shine up on stage!
COSTUMES: JUNIOR, PRE-TEEN & TEEN RECREATIONAL
Costumes are a very exciting part of all concerts! They really help bring the entire show together and students feel so special when up on stage in their costumes. All costumes for our end of year IPAC concert for our recreational students are purchased by each student and will be theirs to keep forever after the concert.
Each recreational class for the end of year concert will be receiving the following:
• 1 x costume per class they take (e.g if they do Jazz & Hip Hop they will have a costume for each)
• 1 x concert pack
All costume & concert pack fees will be invoiced out during September and will be roughly $80 - $95 a costume.
The only other required items for the concert will be:
• Dance shoes – Black Tap shoes, Black Jazz shoes, Ballet Shoes & White Hip Hop sneakers
• Ballet stockings (girls - if they do Ballet)
• Tan stockings (girls - Jazz & Tap)
• Studio shorts to be worn with their finale shirt for the finale
COSTUMES: TROUPE
Each troupe team for the end of year concert will be doing the following routines:
- Jazz
- Hip Hop
- Lyrical (from 6's and up)
- Contemporary (from 8's and up)
- Tap
- Musical Theatre (from 8's and up)
- Ballet
- Acro
(these are mostly new routines we have begun working on. Some select routines from this years troupe season will also be chosen to be performed at the IPAC concert. More details on those routines will be sent out closer to the concert)
We will have 1 x costume per routine. Some of our current troupe costumes will be reused for the new routines then all other costumes will either be purchased or hired depending on the costume/routine.
All costume & concert pack fees will be invoiced out during September.
A detailed list of everything required including costumes will be posted to each troupe groups individual page so everyone will know what is required.
CONCERT PACK:
For all our end of year concerts each student receives a concert pack which includes the following:
- a digital downloadable copy of our 2026 concert videos (this will include all 3 concerts)
- a 2026 t-shirt - to be worn for finale & then can be used as a piece of uniform in class
- a 2026 trophy - presented at the concert to keep forever!!
- a 2026 group photo from our in studio photo day (this will be 1 x group photo emailed to students after photos have been released. Please note* this will only be a group photo and all individual & additional group photos can be purchased separately. )
All concert packs will be $115 and will be invoiced out with your concert costumes. Anyone with multiple children will be invoiced $75 for the 2nd & 3rd child as you will only need to receive one concert video link.
PHOTO DAY: SATURDAY 14TH or SUNDAY 15TH NOVEMBER @ THE STUDIO
We are very excited to be having another photo day this year to allow all our students to get professional photos, both individual and with their group, in their concert costumes. All students will take a group photo and an individual photo per costume they have for the concert and then parents have the option for which they would like to purchase at a later date. (All students will receive 1 x group photo with their concert pack). A link and password will be posted to our group facebook page to view and purchase your child's photos.
Our photographer will also be at our concerts to take photos during the concert performance to capture all those precious on stage moments. These will also be available for purchase via a link after the concert.
To ensure the photo day can run smoothly and everyone gets amazing photos taken we will need to follow a strict timetable. This allows enough time per age group to get their photos done. Please see the below timetable and more information. No photos will be taken outside of this schedule.
