We are super excited to be putting on a fun and exciting end of year concert for our preschool and mini students! With our show quickly approaching in Term 4 we cannot wait for our preschool and mini families and friends to see your little ones shining up on that stage. It will definitely be the highlight of the year, creating so many memories that last forever.
Now to ensure the concert can run smoothly on the day there are just a few things that need to be covered!!
Please read through all information below and do not hesitate to have a chat with us if you have any questions at all.
LOCATION: Wollondilly Performing Arts Centre, Picton
CONCERT START TIME:
11:00AM (CONCERT 1)

Please arrive on time and dressed in your first costume with hair and makeup done. A program will be posted closer to the concerts with costume arrivals on it.
CONCERT 1: 9:45am
CONCERT 2: 2:00pm
Upon arrival, please enter through the main doors, where all students will get to take a photo with our media wall (don’t forget to tag us in your proud photos on Instagram and Facebook) and then head towards backstage to be signed in by our backstage helpers.


Our 2025 end of year concert tickets will go on sale Thursday 23rd October @ 10am via a link that will be both emailed and posted to our closed facebook group. All tickets will be $45 each and we would love for you to bring all your family and friends to watch your superstar shine up on stage!
Costumes are a very exciting part of all concerts! They really help bring the entire show together and students feel so special when up on stage in their costumes. All costumes for our end of year preschool & mini concert are purchased by each student and will be theirs to keep forever after the concert.
PRESCHOOLERS -
Each preschool class for the end of year concert will be receiving the following:
• 1 x costume to be used for both Jazz & Tap (combo class)
• 1 x costume to be used for Ballet
*You will only purchase the costumes required for your child. E.g. If they only do Ballet they will only purchase & receive a Ballet costume.
• 1 x concert pack
All costume & concert pack fees will be invoiced out in September and will be roughly $70 - $85 a costume.
The only other required items for the concert will be:
• Dance shoes – Black Tap shoes, Tan Jazz shoes (girls) or Black Jazz shoes (boys) & Ballet shoes
• Ballet stockings (girls - if they do Ballet)
• White frill socks (all girls)
• Studio uniform – Girls: Blue/ Black leotard with attached skirt | Boys: Studio shirt & Black shorts (studio uniform will be worn for tumbling routine & finale - all students)
MINIS -
Each mini class for the end of year concert will receive the following:
• 1 x costume to be used for both Jazz &/or Hip Hop
• 1 x costume to be used for Acro &/or Tap
• 1 x costume to be used for Ballet
*You will only purchase the costumes required for your child. E.g. If they only do Ballet they will only purchase & receive a Ballet costume.
• 1 x concert pack
All costume & concert pack fees will be invoiced out in September and will be roughly $70 - $85 a costume.
The only other required items for the concert will be:
• Dance shoes – Black Tap shoes, Tan Jazz shoes (girls) or Black Jazz shoes (boys), Ballet shoes & White Hip Hop sneakers
• Ballet stockings (girls - if they do Ballet)
• Tan stockings (girls - jazz, acro, hip hop & tap)
• Studio shorts to be worn with their finale shirt for the finale


For all our end of year concerts each student receives a concert pack which includes the following:
All concert packs will be $110 and will be invoiced out with your concert costumes. Anyone with multiple children will be invoiced $70 for the 2nd & 3rd child as you will only need to receive one concert video link.
MINI STUDENTS ONLY FOR THIS COSTUME REHEARSAL!!!
All mini students will be required for this dress rehearsal. Students will then take their costumes home after this rehearsal to prepare for the concert.
All preschool students will do a costume rehearsal during their normal class time in the weeks leading up to the concert.
For all costumes & shoes to be taken to the concert we will be asking all students to please bring in a 40-50L plastic tub with lid. This will be used as their costume container at the concert. Please clearly label this with your child’s name and a photo of your child on the side & lid of the box. Inside the costume tub will be the following:
PRESCHOOL STUDENTS:
All preschool students will need to bring in their empty, labelled costume tub to be packed on their class day the week prior to the concert (1st - 7th November).
MINI STUDENTS:
All mini students will need to bring their empty, labelled costume tub in on their costume rehearsal day (Sunday 2nd November) to be packed with their costumes
All students will be allocated a backstage group and helper to assist them on the day. All backstage helpers have working with children checks and many are teachers & or parents themselves. They are amazing with our younger ones and allow you to sit back and enjoy the show!!
If at anytime throughout the show your child needs you, our backstage helpers will message you via the phone number provided on your portal.
The week prior to the show all students will receive a coloured wristband with their name and class on it. Please ensure students arrive wearing this band on their RIGHT WRIST. Each colour represents a different group to ensure our backstage helpers can easily keep their groups together.

We are very excited to be having another photo day this year to allow all our students to get professional photos, both individual and with their group, in their concert costumes. All students will take a group photo and an individual photo per costume they have for the concert and then parents have the option for which they would like to purchase at a later date. (All students will receive 1 x group photo with their concert pack). A link and password will be posted to our group facebook page to view and purchase your child's photos.
Our photographer will also be at our concerts to take photos during the concert performance to capture all those precious on stage moments. These will also be available for purchase via a link after the concert.
To ensure the photo day can run smoothly and everyone gets amazing photos taken we will need to follow a strict timetable. This allows enough time per age group to get their photos done. Please see the below timetable and more information. No photos will be taken outside of this schedule.
All hair is the same as the preschool/mini concert and we encourage light makeup only like blush & eyeshadow, no lipstick for our younger students at photo day is needed.
